Engagement Shoot

How much does an Engagement Shoot Cost?

An Engagement Photoshoot is classed as a lifestyle photoshoot which is £35 for the first hour. However, if you are one of our Brides and have purchased the Large Guest Signed Framed Print, this engagement photoshoot is free!!!

When do we pay for the Engagement Shoot?

We ask for the monies to be either paid on the day or beforehand depending on the chosen payment method.

How long does the average Engagement Shoot last?

The Shoot is a 1-hour shoot which allows for other people to be taken, many poses/time and also outfit changes where necessary.

What should we wear to the shoot?

For the engagement session, we want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable. If you are normally laid back and in jeans, that'll work just fine. If you are normally dressed to impress, that'll work too. Engagement shoots are meant to be fun and light, so don't stress the outfit too much. We would recommend basic patterns and also dressing according to the weather.

Where do you shoot the session?

We come to you or your favourite spot for your photo session. We focus on a laid back setting and wait for natural looking shots.  Keep in mind that the lighting for outside shots is normally best in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid the bright mid-day sun. If possible, we like to shoot the engagement session at the location of the wedding. If this is not possible, or you have another place in mind, we are flexible. If you need help deciding we can make a few recommendations, like the place where you met, or the place where you became engaged. We'll talk with you to come up with a good game-plan. After all, the photo session is about you and your needs.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Great question! If we are planning on shooting outside, we can either reschedule or shoot indoors. It'd probably be best to reschedule but if you're in a pinch and need your photos we will be spontaneous and shoot somewhere indoors. We're pretty flexible though, and sometimes the best photos come from a "Plan B".

Can my session be rescheduled?

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
