Not seeing our latest images?

Due to technical reasons, if you visit our website regularly you may find that when viewing the galleries our latest images don't always appear. In order to resolve this issue you will need to clear your 'temporary internet files'. This is a simple process and will not affect any saved passwords or saved forms you have filled in. Simply follow the steps below for the software you use to browse the internet.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

Click 'Tools' in the top right of the window, then select 'Internet Options', a new window should appear. Under 'Browsing History' press the 'Delete' button. Leave the tick boxes as they are (only "Preserve favourites website data", and "Temporary Internet files" should be checked) then press 'Delete'. The process may take a few minutes. Then press 'OK' to return to normal browsing.

You may also wish to check the browser is setup correctly. To do this, click 'Tools' in the top right of the window, then select 'Internet Options', a new window should appear. Under 'Browsing History' press the 'Settings' button. You will then see 4 options for checking for newer versions of stored pages. Make sure 'Everytime I visit the webpage' is selected. Press 'OK' then 'OK' again.

Mozilla Firefox

Click 'Tools' in the menu bar at the top, then select 'Options', click the 'Privacy' Icon. Click the 'clear your recent history' link. Uncheck every tick box, leaving 'Browsing and Download History' the only one ticked. Press 'Clear Now' then 'OK' to return to normal browsing.
