All payments are due in full at your viewing and ordering appointment. All items are bespoke and are therefore unable to be refunded due to a change of mind, so please ensure you are completely sure about any items chosen. Any faulty products will be replaced. Payment is accepted via all major Debit and Credit cards and of course cash at the studio.
