The Timeline

Once you have decided that you have found your Photographer in Adele, here is a run-down of what you can expect:


Pre-Wedding Consultation

Adele offers a Pre-Wedding Consultation meeting (or a Pre-Meet) to all couples. This allows you to meet and discuss the Wedding and make sure you are making the right choice for you. All Pre-Meet’s take between one and one and a half hours.

I want to book: If you wish to book straight away, Adele will go through the contracts and finer details and await your booking fee.

I want to think about it: This is absolutely fine. However, we cannot hold your date without the payment of the booking fee. Should there be other enquiries for the same date then we will give the date to whomever gets their booking fee to us first.


3 Months Before

Adele will arrange a meeting for your Pre-Shoot 3 Months before the Wedding. We work together to find you the perfect venue (or venues!) that mean something to you as a couple. Please bring a change of clothes. Adele normally suggests something Casual and something Dressy. Please allow up to 2-hours for your Pre-Shoot.


1 Month Before

Adele will go through the final timings of the Wedding, and also arrange a Venue visit with you to check photographic opportunities together. We will go through your list of photographs and make any final arrangements. This is also when your final balance is due.


Additional

If you are getting married in Church we will arrange to attend the Church Rehersal where possible.


The Day

On the day we will bring your Framed Guest Print with us so you do not need to worry about it. We also recommend the following:

Make sure you have something to eat no matter how nervous you are or how sick you are feeling (this goes for grooms too) you don’t want to faint during the ceremony.

Leave plenty of time to get ready and tell everyone they must be where they need to be earlier than they need to be. (Especially if someone always runs late)

Try and Relax

Remember we have allocated time alone with Adele to get some lovely intimate shots. Remember this is an amazing time for you two also.

And of course, Enjoy yourself!

After the Wedding

Your Slideshow will be ready to view 3-Weeks after the Wedding. We invite you into the Studio to view it on our Big-Screen including a
Glass of Fizz (or Tea and Coffee)

You will also get the Slideshow to take home, but this is a perfect opportunity to discuss albums, album sizes and receive help from us in how best to choose the images you would like.

Canvas’, Framed Prints and Parents albums are also available.

There will be an online gallery available from Viewing night for your guests to go online and purchase and view your Wedding images.
